Why are pets required to be dropped off and picked during certain times?

We request all pets be dropped off and picked up during the required timeframes so that pets are not passing each other and reduce the likelihood of an incident, to allow staff ample time to properly clean kennels to keep all pet(s) safe and healthy, and to allow kennel(s) to be ready for pets being dropped off in a timely manner.

All pet(s) picked up after the required pick up time will incur an additional day boarding fee.

Food: provide enough food for the duration of your pet’s stay to include a few extra days.  All food must be provided in an airtight container (to prevent pests) and labeled with the pet and owner’s name.   If your pet does run out of food while in our care, Paws on Post can provide food for an additional fee.

*Please note that it is against regulation to feed raw food diets at the kennel.
Medication:  medication can be provided in a pill organizer, but MUST be provided with original packaging.
