Boarding Policies

• Boarding reservations can be made up to 6 months in advance.
• In order to hold reservation dates a 50% deposit is required.
• All paperwork must be submitted 3 days in advance of the reservation start date. 
• All forms can be found on this website and submitted to the email address provided under the contact information on this website.

Required Vaccinations:

• Dogs: Parvovirus, Distemper, Hepatitis, Rabies (annual or tri-annual), Bordetella (injectable or intranasal - every 6 months), annual negative heartworm test, and annual negative fecal test.
• Cats: Feline Panleukopenia Virus, Feline Viral Rhinotracheitis, Feline Caliciviruses, Rabies (annual or tri-annual), Feline Leukemia virus (FeLV); Bordetella within six months, negative heartworm test, and negative fecal test.

Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellations made more than 7 days in advance of reservation start date will receive a full refund.
• Cancellations made within 7 days of their reservation start date will forfeit the 50% deposit.

Check in/Out Boarding Hours:

• Pet Check-in Hours 1-5 pm*
• Pet Check-out Hours 7:30-11 am*

      * The set time frame for pick up and drop off allows staff to properly sanitize kennels for incoming pets.

Doggie Daycare

Doggie Daycare is currently offered Tuesday-Thursday.
