EFMP YOGA for Kids

Location: (Soldier Support Center, 1^st floor)

Yoga can help individuals become more aware of their physical, mental and emotional strengths and well-being through physical exertion and learning to be present in the moment. Join EFMP Family Support and Harley Pelaez, veteran and certified yoga instructor, to help enhance your child's emotional regulation, self-esteem, concentration, behavior, physical fitness and connection with others. Every Family in attendance will receive a complimentary book, "Yoga Animals at the Seashore"! Parents are encouraged to join the workout with their children, but MUST remain on site with their children throughout the session.

Open to DoD ID Cardholders with Exceptional Family members.
