Join the ACS Exceptional Family Member Program to learn more about important things to be aware of regarding diabetes. We will discuss risk factors, symptoms, and ways to help prevent diabetes. Participants will receive information about monitoring, meal planning, medications, complications, exercising, and stress management.
Presentation by Ulva Little-Bennett, Health Educator, Hoke County Health Department.
