Join EFMP as we tap into our creative abilities making Holiday Calming Boxes! Personalize your box with pictures, treasures and cherished memorabilia that soothe your soul and help regulate your emotions.
General supplies will be provided, but we encourage you to bring your personal touches. This event is for individuals ages 16 and older.
