EFMP Bubbles on the Track - Walk out the Stress

Join EFMP Family Support and other Families to help walk out the stress. We will start the session with some light stretching and then we will talk and walk the track together. Bubbles will be available to help keep the little ones occupied during our session. We will close on a happy note with positive affirmations and more light stretching.
Parents are responsible for supervision of their children throughout the walk. Event is weather permitting, please be aware of the forecast and check for updates.
Open to DoD ID Cardholders and military Families with loved ones with special needs.
