- All participants must be registered with CYS
- On-going enrollment for most classes (New students may need to wait for open enrollment)
- Currently enrolled SKIES students will be automatically re-enrolled into the next session for most classes to retain their space. Payment for the session must be made before the first day of class.

Currently enrolled SKIESUnlimited students will be automatically re-enrolled into the following session for most classes to retain their priority. Billing occurs on the 18th of the month preceding instruction (unless the 18th falls on a weekend or holiday where we will bill on the next workday after the 18th) and priority placement runs for three days after billing (not including the day of billing). If you wish your child to continue receiving instruction, please post your payment online or at any CYS facility. On the fourth day after billing, if your account shows a balance due, we will assume it was your intent to drop from the class and we will process that withdrawal. Full payment must be received to retain priority registration in the following month's instruction.
- Parent Orientation Requirement

Parents of new students are required to attend an initial Parent Orientation, held at Tolson Youth Activities Center on the 2nd Tuesday of each month at 6 p.m. This is a one-time requirement.
