Location: Soldier and Family Readiness Group Center (Pope Army Air Field)

Open to all DOD ID cardholders

Enjoy the double benefit of a toning workout - physically stretching your body - while also learning ways to help your thoughts and emotions become more flexible. Join us for an active-participation yoga class. We will explore various ways to stay positive and keep your thinking just as flexible as the poses we practice.

Class will be led by certified yoga instructor, Cheryle Dangell. Please remember hydration, comfortable clothing and your own yoga mat. Space is limited and pre-registration is required.

Also, please note: To ensure the safety of guests and staff, class and even sizer are limited, face coverings are required to be work in our facilities, and social distancing guidelines will be enforced.
