MDSSO SFRGC Symposium

Location: Soldier and Family Readiness Group Center

Times: 2 sessions: 9 am - 12 pm or 1-4 pm

Inviting all Soldier and Family Readiness Groups, volunteers, and Soldiers and Family members! Join us to learn about SFRG structure and effective leadership styles; discover the new course curriculum; and learn how to manage work/life stress for a more productive and happy life.

Food truck will be available for lunch purchases!

• SFRG Structure and Leadership
  Learn how to build a framework that shapes how the SFRG functions while creating a culture of sustainability through information and communication exchange.
• New SFRG Classes
  Formal introduction of the new SFRG Trainings curriculum. Discover the nuances and changes that have been made to better support the SFRGs and mission.
• Work/Life Stress Management
  Identify stressors and symptoms of stress while learning how to select and implement techniques to manage and overcome them. Learn how to control your stress, instead of allowing the stress to control you.
