Format: 18 hole scramble
- Tournament starts at 12 pm (shotgun start)

Cost
Entry fee: $160 per team or $40 per person. Entry fees will be collected in the golf pro shop prior to play.
Entry fee includes: green fee, cart fee, range balls, box lunch and drink.
Registration Information
The field is limited to the first 25 eligible teams. If the number of entries exceed the limit, a priority system will go into effect.
