2022 Video Game Design Camp for Military Dependents

Location(s): Virtual and at Fort Bragg School Age Centers (Baez, Morales or WWK - wherever the youth is enrolled)

Open to: DoD Dependents ages 10-14 years

The U.S. Army sponsors the Army Educational Outreach Program (AEOP)’s Video Game Design Camp to provide military dependents who will enter 5th - 8th grade in September, 2022 with a virtual educational opportunity. Military dependents include the dependents of active duty, reserve, and National Guard service members from all branches of the U.S. Military. The goals of the experience are to encourage participating students to pursue Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) careers and to broaden students’ interest in STEM fields by participating in hands-on programming and engineering activities.
Program Dates:

• Day 1:  Monday, August 1, 2022  8:30 am - 12:30 pm
• Day 2: Tuesday, August 2, 2022  8:30 am - 12:30 pm
• Day 3: Wednesday, August 3, 2022 8:30 am - 12:30 pm
• Day 4: Thursday, August 4, 2022  8:30 am - 12:30 pm

Application time limit and submission:

• Applications can be saved for up to 7 days before the information you have entered will be erased.
